Chartered Status application form

Use this form to apply for Chartered Status. Before you begin this process you should be confident that you meet the requirements and that you have at least three years post qualification experience in an Environmental Health setting.

Once your application has been sent our Contact Centre will be in touch to take payment over the phone via card.

If your employer will be covering the fee, please send a Purchase Order for the fee, no VAT payable, to education@cieh.org.
